The property seemed fairly clean and the room was spotless and airy. The English breakfast had a great selection of delicacies and was super. We got a room with a bath. The staff there were amicable and efficient. The location was very central, right by so ideal when arriving late in Folkestone, chips for dinner and shops and the promenade.

I truly enjoyed the room with super clean bed. I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was overall the best and lovely for a vegan too. The location was good close to Channel Tunnel. Also, it was 3 km from a country park.
My bed was a bit small, unfortunately.

The location was comfortable for exploring this nice quiet area, just off the nature of the building, the town centre and the sea front, and the seafront, The Leas and Folkestone Parkrun.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the twin room with street views, everything was perfect. The restaurant was great for dinner, I tried amazing dishes. The bathroom was large. The location in a really quiet area was good and there were a small supermarket and a supermarket nearby. Had tea and goodies at Ready Snacks Cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel.
