The location of the property was perfect and quiet central, in the secure garden. I was surprised at nearby Annas, they had some goodies, drinks. The room overlooking street was a nice size. The food was fabulous, especially an English breakfast.

All in all everything was excellent, had a very positive stay for two nights. The location a short walk from the beach was marvellous. Took a walk around city centre, located at a moderate distance from the hotel. We enjoyed that a motorway was really close to the venue.

I truly enjoyed the room with super clean bed. I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was overall the best and lovely for a vegan too. The location was good close to Channel Tunnel. Also, it was 3 km from a country park.
